1. Which platform can you host the live stream?
For wedding live streams, we can stream to the following free platforms:
- Zoom
- Facebook
- Youtube
- Instagram (although IG only allows 1-hour live streaming max)

2. How do I share the live stream URL with my friends and family?
This depends on the platform of choice:
- Zoom . Invite your wedding guests to attend the Zoom meeting to watch the wedding
ceremony.
- Facebook . Send out invites to your guests via Facebook before your wedding day,
just like a physical invitation card!
- YouTube and Instagram . Share your live stream URL with your guests via
WhatsApp or other messaging apps.

3. Can we play photos or videos before our live stream?
Yes, but you would have to prepare beforehand. Depending on the arrangement, it can
either be played on your laptop or via our live streaming software.

4. Am I able to postpone or cancel my package due to COVID?
This will be on a case by case basis. Speak with our project coordinators to find out more.
